The difference between our compost capsules and ordinary products in the market

With the rapid growth of coffee consumption, coffee capsules are a popular way to make coffee at home, they are convenient, easy to use and available everywhere, but the heavy use of plastic and aluminum puts pressure on environmental protection. Some companies have started producing compostable capsules that break down into compost after use. Compostable coffee capsules are made from plant-based materials like cornstarch and sugarcane pulp, rather than plastic or metal, so they can break down into compost after use.
However, these capsules have some notable drawbacks, mainly that they are not airtight and therefore do not keep the coffee inside as fresh as capsules made of plastic and aluminum. They dissolve and disintegrate when exposed to water or moisture, which means they are far from ideal for use in the tropics or other warm climates. If you accidentally let a drop of water get close to them, it could mean they are unusable and moldy, or the coffee in them might not be drinkable. Also, compostable coffee capsules are not as cheap as plastic ones.
In response to this problem, our company, after years of research and experiments on tens of thousands of materials, finally found a plant fiber nano-spraying material, a pure natural food material, non-toxic and harmless, attached to the inner wall of the coffee capsule, effectively blocking oxygen and moisture , to ensure the freshness and flavor of coffee
